Customer Service Policy
Conscious Stones is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and we pride ourselves in offering quality crystals, jewellery and merchandise. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct.
We respect your privacy and fully comply with the new Australian Privacy Legislation laws in regard to the collection of personal information. All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused and or disclosed. Any information you provide will be held with utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.
All prices are in AU dollars and are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments & Pay Pal. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase
Conscious Stones ships goods Australian wide and International using Australian Post. The freight costs are calculated automatically based on weight and delivery location. We require a signature for delivery. Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We are able to deliver to PO. Boxes
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. Conscious Stones is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
For items Australia Wide please allow up to 5 Business Days. International customers please allow up to 14 Business Days. If orders are urgent, please contact us to arrange a possible early arrival.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.
All crystal jewellery is packed securely in gift boxes. Each piece comes with a complimentary silver polishing cloth and a carry bag.
Loss or Damaged Items
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to items we send if –
- The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency
- The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists
- The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control
- The loss or damage occurs after delivery
- The item was authorised to be sent without tracking
We offer a 14-day exchange privilege from the day you purchase your item. Providing the item is returned unworn and in its original condition.
Please make your choices carefully. We unfortunately do not refund if you simply change your mind. However, if you are unsure of your choice, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email so we can work more closely with you to find that perfect piece or stone.
We do not offer refunds.No refunds will be given on labour, additional customisation on crystal jewellery and or associated shipping costs.

Warranty on Crystal Jewellery (sourced from Made in Earth)
Made in Earth have a quality control team who works hard to ensure all their jewellery meets their workmanship standard and is free of defects. On the rare occasion that your piece is compromised due to an inherent fault in manufacturing, we will take responsibility and replace/repair your item at no cost.
However, our guarantee does not cover damage caused by actions of the wearer that do not reflect the manufacture or design. In these cases, we cannot cover your jewellery under the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes –
- General wear and tear
- Damage cause by accidents / mistreatment
- Exposure to chemicals / corrosive detergents
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Water damage and soap build-up
- Catching claws and settings on furniture and clothing
When we replace an item, we will do so to the closest possible match. As our pieces are one – off, we cannot guarantee that an exact replacement is possible. Please take time to read our Care Guide for instructions on how to best take care of your Made in Earth jewellery.
